First, they're always short handed so I waited in like for a good 5 minutes. That might not seem long, but j had my 2 kids with me and I was exhausted from working a night shift, and I just wanted some coffee.

I typically never write reviews, unless I was over the moon satisfied or if I left pissed off. Given the star rating I'm leaving I'm sure you can see that it's the latter.

Then, I asked for 2 cups of water for my kids (ages 1 and 2) and a chocolate chip cookie.

This review is in reference to the Starbucks at Barnes and noble as I can't find a place to individually review them.

Last but not least, the lid on my drink was not on all the way so when I swirled the cup to mix the cream, It spilled everywhere.

Helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff, courteous too! Had to exchange something today and they made it so easy. I love this store. Not only does it have great books, movies and music but an awesome selection of kids stuff as well. Like great toys, presents, cool cards, etc.

This B&N is extremely large! It has two floors and is very spacious even when crowded. The atmosphere is lively. They have a large bargain books section with pretty good prices and options. There are a few tables where you see people studying together in a casual atmosphere. This is a great bookstore.

My chocolate chip cookie was SO gooey-it was impossible to eat. They stated it was soft because it was just warmed up. Well, 30 minutes later it was still nothing but goo and you couldn't hold it or even get a piece without it completely melting all over the place, as if it wasn't even baked all the way. It was awful. So, my kids couldn't get their water nor their treat to eat while we walked around.

I really hope they don't ever close this place. I used to love taking my kids there when they were little. Great place to bring small children. They have an array of books and even a Starbucks. They have a train table, a lego table and story time. Can't beat a good read and a cup of coffee.

Needless to say, I left here totally pissed off. I won't be returning.

They gave me 2 of the worlds smallest cups, filled completely to the rim with water, and no lids. They were overflowing and they expected me to be able to hand these cups to a 1 year old and a 2 year old? I asked if I couldn't get a small cup with a lid - they said no.... ridiculous.

For yrs now they have needed to bring in more chairs(so we can sit and look through a few books, to find the best one) but of course every one is taken by some kid w/ a cellular device in hand. Some doing homework. They are never in their age appropriate area. Its turned into the local hangout. No place for adults to find that gem. They need a few rules and it will be a great place.
