I have rented so many times from hertz. Customer service is paramount to me. They need to retrain all employees to treat customer with respect and honesty. Their pick up service is horrible and much more to be desired. If it was not cause my folks leave closer I would go somewhere else. I give them a little bit credit on the rates but that does not justify their bad service and RUDNESS on the phone. Brian needs to learn more about customer satisfaction. Customer is always right.
Horrible experience. I highly recommend not wasting your time. We had scheduled to pick up at 9 and the guy shows up 10 minutes late and was rude to us. Also it's ridiculously hard to find. NO SIGNS anywhere.
Lying and scamming company do not give these con artists business they say they have the car you want but when you get there it's not there. First off, this location is wrong it's not on 54 it's on 56 the people lied saying they were on Sr54 which is no longer true. What a disappoint that these people lie to you on the phone and making you waste your time thinking that they have the car you want and called them days in advance to make sure they have it. They wanted to give a crappy car at higher price and that's not happening why use there business when they lied to you and want more money. Save the trouble do not use this company at all they will lie to you in order to get more money and make you drive a car you don't want saying it's at another location when they said they have it. They deserve no stars.
Quite the wait here to simply turn in car. I waited 30 m8nutes or so. I would recommend a different hertz location.
Have nice guys out there. There was no system . They write the agreement by hand . That makes the delay. But the staff are really cool. They just didn't get the equipment.
