My experiences with Nike has been interesting to say the least. I am a frequent customer there and was extremely excited to have a Nike factory where it's only a 15-20 min drive away. I own close to 100 pairs of sneakers and and the majority came I would say from this location. I have been shopping at the Nike factory store since the day it opened, and here's where the interesting part of it come in .... From Nike management staff basically stealing money from me to them creating a awkward and embarrassing situation for me about the "one time price adjustment" policy printed on the backs of there receipts. Though I do love the store (because the sneakers) I feel as if they have found out that I created a system where I purchase a sneaker I like off the sale wall in the back of the store, then going back before the 14 day one time price adjustment policy time limit is over. where they now have an additional sale off the back wall and price adjust the sneakers I bought getting them for the lowest amount possible (which I have done many many times before no problem). today I was told they do not allow the adjustment off the back wall but only for regular items purchased then reduced later on. And I explained to the associate that I have done it many times before ...With him.... And never had a problem. Then still denies me from getting the adjustment and offer to call a manager, so the manager come he explains the situation and they proceeded with the adjustment. It may sound like I'm ranting on about one minor experience I had, but the question you should ask yourself is was the discomfort and embarrassment worth the 20.** Something I got back from a 80 dollar sneaker and a customer that shops there regularly that clearly understands their 14 day price adjustment policy worth it. This is my first review on here and I'm sorry to make it such a negative one to a company I wear just about everyday of my life. But come on now .....
The store is very organized. The employees are always eager to help. The prices are never the same so I recommend checking in often.
They had all shoes at like 35% off due to them not getting enough sales. That's great for me. Bought 5 pair of Nike shoes for the entire family including myself. only came out to be in the mid 200$. I'm talking about 100$ shoes on sale for almost half the price. They need to have more deals like this. not just when business is slow and at risk.

I came in to the store to purchase some shoes and tried them on and sure, I thought at first they were the right size but I was wrong so I changed my mind as I left the store and wanted to exchange them for a size up. They told me that they could not do anything as they were already closed, however, customers were still wandering around. I've worked for Nike in the past and even if we were closing, we would still go the extra mile to help a customer. I'm giving this a two because the guy who served me was outgoing and helpful. The lady who denied me being able to exchange the shoes is the reason I am writing this.
