The initial rate/review will be 1 Star until later after my transaction or non transaction, depending is completed...Today, November 13th 2017.. I will be doing a "secret shop review" and video.. [In this case somewhat of impromptu]. My purchase will be for a pair of car/truck 6x9 and 3.5 stereo speakers with an amplifier. After my interaction with this store, I will update this review according to the experience received. I Also will post a link to Youtube of a video on any results of such purchase for review of product and quality service. The store is not open yet. At 10am, this review will begin. Very great experience. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we may have had. Just bought a laptop for school and the process was very simple. We were assisted by Michael and he took his time to guide us in the right direction without feeling pressured to make a purchase right away with out exploring our options. Thanks for the help!!!

....* Update* its Nov 13th 2017. Just left the store. Its 11:19!. I waited for 30 minutes before I had to request the Manager to be helped. Initially, I was skipped on being acknowledged and helped by an employee in the car audio department. I guess the Best Buy associate chose to help an elderly couple before me. I was there 15 min before them. He asked if i needed help during his conversation w the elderly couple. I said "yes, ive been waiting quite some time". He really didn't say much and proceeded to help the elderly couple without even trying to get another team member to help me. He obviously saw that i was there before the couple he was helping. Thanks "Abdullah". So. I waited another 15 minutes after he left the department. No one reached it to help. Just many asdociates wondering and walking by me. 30 mins in and still waiting, by myself. So i went to the customer service counter and asked to speak to the store manager. 5 mins later "Toni" store manager arrives. I explained what happened and mentioned that no one seems to initiate any contact with potential customers after such time passing. 30 minutes waiting for help is frustrating. So she walked me back to the audio stereo department and had "Logan" the car stereo Technician. He seemed to in a rush because he was working on a customer's installation I the back. I thought to myself, this wouldn't be happening to him if associates on the best buy team addressed customers to begin with. Im not to blame, they are do to lack of customer service. So he went I to address my needs and questions. Turns out i would've had to wait another 3 days top have any installation after already waiting for nothing. I do have to say "Logan" was honest with addressing my stereo installment and product concerns. He seemed to be a very helpful expert. And if anything good came out of this, his honesty pointed me into the right direction to obtain what I needed for my vehicle. So with that, i will give 3 stars. Wasn't for Logan, 1

Excellent customer service!!! I'm always impressed with their service. And many good choices for hi-tech devices too.

Excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge. The employees really know their stuff and helped me pick out a refrigerator and dishwasher that I really due enjoy. Thanks Best Buy.
