Very disappointed. Went in for French gel manicure. One woman started, then one of her regulars came in so she passed me to an elderly man to do the actual gel polish who did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate to him that he wasn't polishing the entire nail bed (and I don't mean touching the cuticle. I mean literal vertical lines with no polish.) Finally was able to communicate it to someone who spoke English and was passed to a 3rd person who did a poor job as well. I have spots with no polish and I pointed out that there's a brown spot on my pinky nail after it cured. She just shrugged it off and said, "It must be from dust inside the gel light " No apology or attempt to fix it. I just paid and she had the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip. Kidding right?! I'll never be back.

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE !!! ***DO NOT GO HERE ! YOU WILL SERIOUSLY REGRET IT & BE SO MISERABLNOT E AFTERWARD . *** THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDEEEEE!!!!!!! I showed a picture of what I exactly wanted the shape of my nails to look like, he said he could do them.. he lied ! It look nothing like the picture & he argued with me how he's not perfect ,.. I don't expect him to be perfect but if I shoe you a picture you should just say I'll try my best not say you for sure can do it that exact way . Coffin shape isn't hard ! BUT THAT'S NOT IT , when it came time to choose a color, I could not decide and him & other employees were rushinggg me to pick one . Feeling pressured I just point at one . They pain one layer & i absolutely hate it . At this point I don't want to say anything but God they are charging me so much & I don't want to pay all that money just be even more upset, so I ask before they continuing the paint if they will just take it off . Immediately frustrated the employees instead of just apologizing and changing the color for me . I told them I don't even want them painted anymore and paid an arm and leg just to have plain finger nails and be miserable bye the whole experience . I never write reviews but this is something everyone & anyone who considers this nail salon DON'T!!! IT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORSE .!!!!!!!!
I loved the service I got. I walked in and everything was clean as a whistle. I was immediately greeted amd sat with a tech. He did a phenomenal job. My nails look the best they have ever looked in 5 years. I will definitely be back to Lee nail spa to get my nails and toes done. They have a beautiful shop with fabulous techs. Never had a bad experience there.
The guy doing my nails has no clue what he's doing. They were crooked, and he used pink acrylic, who does that? I couldn't explain anything to him, because he just nodded his head and kept going. Also, he didn't layer evenly so some of my nails came out really pink while others are a translucent pink. Just a crappy job. The pedicure was nice, he should just stick To that. Also, they are way overpriced for the crappy job they do! I also left a yelp review to receive a 10% discount. When I told him that, he just nodded and repeated the price. I will never go back!
