Thanks Florida Hospital for making me feel warm and welcomed during my visit and thank you for the care that you provided.

Very disappointed with ER twice this year, first going with my daughter broken finger, now with my mom broken shoulder.Waiting time was very long., nobody check on you in the room, pain management was poor for something like that, didn't see orthopedic specialist while at the hospital. And this was not at night, or weekend, so the surgeons should be available at the hospital in AM, that can give appropriate diagnosis, and if she need surgery or not.We was there since 7:00 till 11:30. ER looked empty.Forget about broken skin or skin tears.Nobody even saw them, and when we pointed them out, got a bandaid, not even clean the wounds before applying. Have to ask a nurse" what about tetanus shot", should this be offered and not asking for it? When we came home noticed that her 5th finger on the other hand is all purple, swollen, and painful, probably broken too, but nobody in the ER, doctor or nurse noticed , so much for patient assessment. Now we have to make a trip and see a surgeon. If you have a choice do not go to this Hospital.

I am very pleased with the care that I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing urgent or emergency care.

Came to ER late morning with a broken arm. I waited hours to get a room to see a doctor. Then waited some more to get my arm set. I left the hospital at 6pm. Seems like it took an extraordinary long time. And I had to have another operation another day to have it reset. Is that normal? Even though everyone was extremely busy, they were nice.

PERVERT MALE NURSE WORKING OVERNIGHT *BEWARE*

I appreciate Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. On a scale from 1-10, I give them a 10. They treated me with so much kindness. It was smooth ⛵. I would recommend them to anyone. Doctors, nurses and staff were SUPERIOR.......

I took my 6 year old son to Florida Hospital of Wesley Chapel on 11/14/17 around 4:30 am because he was coughing and had trouble breathing. When we were called to the back to be seen, A male nurse (Richard) tells my 4 year old daughter in front of me, my 6 year old son, and his coworker that he likes my daughters nightgown and that he might have a dress similar to it in his closet and that he wasn't kidding. Him and the female co-worker laughed in front of my sick son and my daughter and didn't think their was anything inappropriate about what he said. I got serious because I didn't want to address the matter in front of my kids and for the mere fact that my son still needed to get his breathing checked. The atmosphere of the room changed and I'm sure they were able to tell I was upset but continued to do their job. At the time of Discharge the male nurse who made the comment gave me the prescription written by the Dr. as well as the follow up information for my son's local Dr. and at this point he knew I was still upset because I didn't say anything back to him, and he never once apologized for what he said. I took my kids and left and came back the following night to Talk to his supervisor about the issue. The person at the front desk had me speak with someone by the name of Michael who is supposedly Richards boss who apologized to me and agreeing with me that what Richard said in front of my kids was inappropriate and he would address the matter. I asked him how do I know that the matter would be addressed, He said he would have his manager who's name is Rebecca call me with the results. I have yet to get a call. I found this totally disrespectful and inappropriate for this male nurse to tell my daughter in front of me, my 4 year old daughter and 6 year old sick son that he cross dresses and I want this man to get fired. And I couldn't even work yesterday because I was so angry at the disrespect that I experienced and when I went back to address it, nothing has been done and no one has contacted me with the urgency that I know this matter deserves.

I was seen by the hospital this evening due to spitting up blood and chronic cough. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The doctor that seen me was very nice and very thorough with everything regarding my care and explained everything in detail to me in a way that I could understand. The doctor made me feel comfortable during my visit and made sure I had everything I needed to ensure I got well before I drove back home, since I was from out of state.
