If waiting 35 minutes for subpar Asian food isn’t your definition of a good time, go to Yamato instead.
But the tea was not fresh. That's fine though, it was free.
Ordered a meal online via their website, waited 20 minutes before going there and they looked at me dumbfounded because they never started on the meal. I asked for refund since the place was empty and everyone was sitting around talking instead of working, the person working the cashier had to get the manager.... Who then had to call the owner. To this day we have not gotten a refund, but a charge back was placed through the credit card. As a business owner this place is completely disorganized and I will not be surprised if they don't stay open much longer. One star is too many for this review.
Maybe 10 minutes later her dish arrives.
I’ll give this place 6 months before the incompetent staff and rude management burn this place to the ground.
What a disaster of a meal!
Then my wife realizes that he chicken pieces are pink in the center!!!!!! All of them!!! Her chicken has not been cooked, the chicken she almost gave to my 2 year old
So we waited for our meal. And waited. And watched those who ordered before us all also waiting. "It looks like fast casual" I told my wife, "it's certainly not designed to stay for a long meal." I was so wrong! We (and the other patrons) waited about 40 minutes for our wok dishes. And if you're wondering if it was busy, no it wasn't, maybe 6 guests in front of us.
My dish that was supposed to be spicy, is just greasy and bland, but that's fine, we just have different interpretations of spice. But my wife's dish is not supposed to be spicy and I kind of hot for her and my 2 year old she is sharing with. But fine, the seasoning is not what we expected. We can still eat our dinner.
I was excited to try a new minimalist, fast casual stir fry restaurant! I ordered on the iPad, marveling at how efficient this was and how much time it would save us! I couldn't wait to try the complementary tea.....
"Okay, great! Now we can eat."

Wok Chi: thanks for the free appetizer coupon, but there is no way in hell I would return or let anyone I know return to this place! Poor service, bad systems, weak food, and RAW CHICKEN.
We came here for the first time. A friend told us about the place and it’s supposed to be good. Ordered through the kiosk. Waited for 30 mins. They apparently forgot about us. And no one was inside except me and my wife and 3 people who were done eating at the time. When I asked about the order the guy who must be the manager gave me the “idk” look. Food wasn’t good. Service sucked. Definitely won’t be back. Such a shame this place is new and now getting bad rep. We’re better off going to a Chinese place next time. Go somewhere and spend your 20 bucks elsewhere. Not worth it.
This please was okay. I wasn't too fond of their steamed dumplings or their crab rangoons. But the specialty, the stir fry dishes, are pretty good. The chicken tested a little odd, like too much dough was on it, but the veggies and rice were tasty. Not sure if I would go back though. I did like that their fortune cookies were strawberry flavored. That was different.
Finally a hostess comes out to me and asks "if she told me they ran out of broccoli?" I told her "No" but she informed me my dish had already been made with snap peas. Fearing another long wait, I rolled with that. I'm not going to let some snap peas ruin my meal anyway, no worries! Maybe 5 minutes later she came back with my dish and told my wife about the broccoli (she was aware of it at that point), and that they would START COOKING HER DISH NOW!
