OK so number one they should not be responsible for owning and selling any type of pets when I went there there where German shepherds in little tiny cages the reptiles and birds and most neglected things I have ever seen there cages are filthy most of them have disorders or illnesses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THERE ADVICE.!!!!!!
I have been taking my 6 year old jack russell to this Petco for grooming for over 5 years. I called to make an appointment today and out of the blue I'm informed that they can no longer groom him. It's ironic how for years I was told that he was such a hilarious dog, but now all of a sudden I'm told he is to hyper to groom, he does not like being there, he tries to bite when getting his nails cut, and needs to be sedated in order to groom.
I go here to purchase dog food. We have done grooming here for our pugs and had a great experience
I love this Petco. As someone who has 2 cats and a large dog, I do quite a bit of spending on pet supplies at Petco. So this Petco treats me like family. They are kind, courteous and considerate. They allow me to bring back bag of cat food after bag of cat food because i can't get my super stubborn and extremely picky cats to eat ANYTHING (no matter how expensive)! Now THAT'S good customer service. They also give great advise when it comes to questions about your pets and their health and eating habits. I have had numerous betta fish die on me for reasons beyond my control, but when I'm in the middle of it, trying desperately to save them, these Petco employees are there to test the fish's water and to spend time with me discussing what might be wrong with him. I love love this place
I loved these ferrets today but completely baffled by the fact that there were 8 ferrets in that small encloser (that i have seen in every petco) and we had to remind them that there was no food. Once they got food (Also a food that causes digestive problems in ferrets) all the ferrets looked starving as they all went to the food bowl as fast as possible, hopping ontop of eachother to get it. I fell in love with a ferret but probably wont get it since the ferret probably already is having digestive damage from the food and would not live long... Please help these animals, please.
