Great furniture. Crappy communication. Ordered $5000 WORTH of merchandise for delivery 11/7 was told all items would be delivered on 11/7. Recieved half of my order on 11/7. Had to call to find out that rest of order will be delivered sometime in the next few days! Great I don't need pillows or a comforter for my brand new bed...worse than that was was the manager who wanted to argue with me about what I was told by her employee. Never heard customer is always right? I was attempting to be nice and was met with aggression, really!
My family and I had an amazing shopping experience while shopping for furniture for our new home at the Wesley Chapel store. From our sales associate Mavic to the store manager Frank the experience was second to none. Over the years we have purchased furniture from every single large furniture retailer in Florida and I will never shop anywhere else other than Ashley furniture. When we met Frank on the day of our purchase it was obvious that his store and their excellent service is a direct result of his leadership. Thank you very much Ashley furniture we love our furniture and the amazing service that went with the process.
Went to Ashely's furniture today and was greeted by a warm welcome and familiar face. Eric Ortega recognized us and welcomed myself Jesse, Katelyn and Angelica. As we were looking for a television unit he helped direct us to the locations around the store and gave us some recommendations. He even went to the extent of helping us visualize how the pieces of furniture would look together, by bringing over a end table that we recently purchased to help make it easier to decide which unit we would like better. All I can say is great customer service, genuine super friendly person and I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to go to Ashely's and have Eric Ortega take care of them! Definitely coming back for any household needs
My husband and I were looking for furniture to furnish our new home, and were completely divided on style and color. We worked with Maxine who was absolutely amazing and knowledgable about items on the floor, helping us find the perfect pieces to make our visions come together. Had a wonderful experience, and we are looking forward to working with her again for the rest of our rooms.
Awesome customer service, store, staff, and management. Madeline spoke to us on the phone and was friendly and very helpful before even coming, letting us know measurements and in stock items even before we got there. When we did she met us. Informed us on the products and types of cushions in the sectionals and let us browse around with no pressure. She helped us with all financing options and prices and made our buying experience very easy and smooth. Would recommend going to see Madeline. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Thx so much for our new couch. Very exited!!!
