Great customer service ask for Ben Evans he is Awesome. He was friendly helpful and so easy going. He is the sales person every sore should have. Duplicate Ben as he is just a wonderful sales person. I usually read reviews before ordering anything but did not because it is a well known company. I wish I did. We ordered a bunk bed and a sectional. When they delivered the bunk bed was missing key pieces that the saleswoman did not add. When we call to acquire about their 3 day cancel policy which turned out to be 48 hours they said that it would still start the day of delivery and not after we get all the missing pieces that they forgot. No apologies, no trying to resolve issues, no customer satisfaction guarantee there. We called back and canceled everything. Taking our money elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!
