Go here for the clothing, prices and nothing else.. Not even for small talk with your purchase. Smiles/thank you do nothing unless you are dressed under their style, you will be judged as you shop. Don't even expect the employees running the dressing rooms to acknowledge you. Its as though you shouldn't be trying on their clothing and with Hot Topics being across the street, the vibe they give off speaks.."That is where YOU belong, not here!" There was only one employee that was kind who ended her shift, none of them bothered to check after she said "If you need any specific size, let me know.." Instead they yelled out "Nope we are all out!" Without looking in my direction, knowing the style heel I was regarding or going in the back, they just stood behind the cash register talking amongst themselves in gossip. My money was obviously the only importance, while shopping in this store and meeting their quote by the end of the day for a paycheck. Next time, I won't be smiling or saying a word in the middle of shopping..it will be in and out.

(Update) I still would NOT recommend this place and though it may be convenient having a Charlotte Russe at a near mall, I have never stepped foot in there since this review. This is the most unbelievably rude, unorganized and careless store I've ever walked into that has a bitter vibe the moment you ask for help. I'm hoping another potential business will open up to take its place with a more mindful and kind atmosphere. Possibly an Asian market, puppy or animal adoption store, anything! Possibly get rid of the rude employees and hire nicer people? All I know is I will never be back..

Rudest employees when checking out they have no respect for there customers it's ridiculous how someone has a job just to be rude to customers it happens every time in this store. The employee has a attitude because didn't know where the line is saying there's people waiting in line which there wasn't they were standing around the checkout. Seriously these people shouldn't have a job if they're going to be rude and have a attitude like how are people suppose to know where the line starts it's confusing for some people.

Some of the store clerks in Wesley Chapel need some training in customer service! Instead of saying thank you for your purchase, they tell you "there ya go"...what the heck is there ya go? Well you said it, because there goes one that you will never see again!!!

*0 star rating* The sales associates at this location are some of the rudest people I have ever met! I asked one of the employees if it was possible to do an online order (a ton of stores offer to do online orders for customers when things are not in stock at the store location, I didn’t think what I was asking was an outrageous question) and the sales associate gave me a mean look, rolled her eyes and said “um no”. Then she gave me an attitude the whole time I was checking out. I get it, people have bad days but this is the attitude I get from every single employee in that store every time I go in there. Nothing is sized correctly, the store is a mess and there is dust everywhere! Employees spend more time gossiping at the register and on their phones than doing their jobs. If you have an emergency respond to the text message in the back of the store away from customers! I work in retail and I’m a decent human being. It is not that difficult to smile and be polite to a customer who is spending money at the store you work at. If you can’t be nice to your customers then don’t work in customer service! It’s that simple. I will not be returning to this location.

I absolutely love Charlotte Russe, it is my all time favorite store and pretty much the only store I shop at. I must say going to this Wesley Chapel location made me never want to go back. Most Charlotte's I have been to are clean, organized and well maintained; however, this location was HORRIBLE!! Not only did they have their store so messy all over but the costumer service was ridiculously horrible. The racks were all mixed together with all sizes and nothing was organized. Nothing was in the right place. It's like the employees were too lazy to put things where they belonged. Why work there if you just don't care? I had to wait at least 15 minutes just for someone to come acknowledge that I was waiting for a fitting room and it wasn't even busy. The employees were just too busy having their own conversation at the cash registers. Also, when I went to check out, the cashier was so busy talking on her microphone with another employee and wasn't even paying attention to me nor my purchase. She was just SO rude! But that's not all, I bought a few things including some sandals and spent a decent amount of money. When I got home and was looking through everything I bought I noticed that the cashier completely forgot to put my sandals (that I paid for already) in my bag. So, I had to drive back the next day to go and get them. I was livid because I live in Temple Terrace and that's about a 30 minute drive there and back. Such a horrible store and horrible employees. I don't plan on ever going back again.
