Very poor selection. Salepeople very lazy. I was only one in store yet they just watched from a distance. They knew nothing about shoes when asked.

We bought some Nike Huaraches and after a couple months, they split at the toe and sole. We are looking for help and was asked by Nike to check with the store we purchased at, turns out, Jason at Finish Line at the shops of Wiregrass told my wife that "these shoes aren't meant to be worn outside" and that "kids shoes are built to last longer" - are you kidding me? These shoes aren't meant to be worn outside? I'm sorry, shoes, Nike shoes, are not meant to be worn outside? Like seriously? Are these slippers? Where is my kid supposed to wear them Jason? To bed? I'm seriously dumbfounded that the manager, Jason, at Finish Line at the shops of Wiregrass could say something so utterly stupid. If we aren't supposed to wear athletic shoes outside, where are we supposed to wear them? Huaraches are running shoes I believe, and where are kids supposed to run? Jason @ Finish Line at the shops of Wiregrass, where do you wear your shoes? I am seriously never buying from Finish Line again, the only time I will ever go into the store is to talk about slippers and make fun of the idiots, like Jason @ Finish Line at the Shops of Wiregrass, who says things like "these shoes aren't meant to be worn outside." Maybe Finish Line should put some warning stickers on their boxes. NOT TO BE WORN OUTSIDE.

Every time I go to any of these stores (I have gone to this one consistently for several years now) I run in to the same problem. They do not have inventory unless it's the 'popular' shoes. They do not have inventory unless it's the 'popular' sizes. I've got a big foot for a woman but they never stock anything over 9.5, and they never stock smaller sizes for men at all. Was there on 5/5/17 and when they did not have what I wanted in the store I ordered it, my child needed new shoes. Yesterday I got a cancellation notice a FULL WEEK after that around when I actually expected to receive the shoes. I called to find out what happened and it turns out that Finish Line sells product they may not have. When you place an order there is a 3-5 day period before they process an order, and any items now removed from inventory might have been sold multiple times. To add insult to injury I was informed I will receive my refund my check in the mail, instead of placed back on to the card that I used when I ordered the shoes. I will never shop here again. I have had too many bad experiences with more than one cancellation, never having stock, and on occasion rude employees that consider it wrong of me to ask "do you have this in a size 8?" You have lost my business forever, I'll hit Fit2Run at International from here on out.

The owner I guess told me meet me in the parking lot at 9:30. Then he told me I "flinched" so then he kicked me out of the store. I don't know what I did though?
