Worst customer service ever....I would not recommend this store to anyone who has self respect....the women’s fitting room was closed and we did not know because there was no sign...just a chair on its way...few minutes later when my wife is trying out the dress the customer representative said that the fitting room was closed while my wife was still in the fitting room....she then calls security which was not at all necessary....the security guys...seems to be a racist approaches me and ask do you know the meaning of ‘closed’....I was in shock because that it not the way you treat your customer...these guys need to know how to deal with customers...no wonder I see them counting flies in this store...hope their corporate sees this and give some training...these guys don’t even deserve one star...if you’d notice the reviews only some have given 5 stars..even they don’t have anything good to say about this store...real customers have given 1 Star....don’t get deceived by the average 3 Star ratings...
They use antiquated technology. Sales staff have difficulty finding Dillard mechandise. I was approached by a sales women for help but when I asked if she can check an item on line she said no. I walked up to the register and asked a women standing there if she could check she said of course!. However, as much as she tried to find the item, she could not as the system was antiquated and could not be viewed on the computer.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to return a perfume I purchased for my daughter's birthday with the receipt and had my wife go in with my card. Apparently the person that rang me up did something wrong and it was not matching to the card I used. After my wife calling me in to clear it up she told me the cashier was acting annoyed which I found out on my own. After a manager came over I showed her what I showed the cashier which was my bank account statement showing the exact charge and the exact date on the receipt but with the right card number. Summarizing she basically stated that I was trying to defraud them somehow?!? I then asked for the GM information and they did not give it to me. I guess I'll have to make a second trip to get taken care of! TERRIBLE SERVICE
Worst customer service. Paula was the only manager available and to say she was awful would be one step up from what she really is. My mom purchased a dress for me that ended up being the wrong one and when we tried to return it, she claimed the dress to be "unsellable" but would not tell me what was wrong with it. I never wore the dress but my mom did pay $200 for it and with the receipt I didn't think I would be given any problems. She was disrecpectful, raised her voice at me and basically kicked my family and I out of the store saying she would not "deal" with us anymore and had already told us she was not taking the dress. By looking at the reviews, I don't see any other manager being helpful at this location. I will get in contact with corporate tomorrow. They need to train their employees better, especially their managers. Paula had zero customer service skills.
Everyone was nice, ppl asked if I needed help in every drpartment. Yes its a smaller store but I think selection was pretty hood.I had gone there specifically bevause its the only store in the area with MAC.
