Overheard a manager telling an employee it was against the law to speak Spanish inside the store, even though the customer only spoke Spanish. They also allow returning of stolen goods from other stores jcpenny etc of products they don't even carry.
Pretty good selection of goods. Like all brick and mortar, they are struggling, but I like browsing so I go there. Good, quality store brands and name brand of course. Take care if you buy cosmetics and try and dislike. They will only refund on unopened items, which for luxury brands, that was surprising.

Customer service was disappointing. When I asked for a question about a brand of makeup I was told " I don't work in this section" and she proceeds to walk off. I asked if I could be pointed to someone who does and the lady points in a general direction (where there were no employees). I walked back to her and as she sees me coming she starts to walk off again I had to say excuse me multiple times for her to turn around and I explained that there were no employees over there and asked if she could please find an appropriate employee for the makeup section. She brings me to someone whom answers my question and the employee looks at me and says "does that answer your question lady." And then walks off again. Very disappointing experience for a simple question.
This place has turned worse than Walmart. Not to mention the illegal activity management appeared to be engaged in.
The Russian lady in the jewelry and watch department was extremely rude and was very pushy and demanding. My mom and I were exchanging some things, and we asked her if we could wait until my dad got there so we could buy everything together and she said No. that if we didn’t do it right then she wasn’t going to do it, mind you there wasn’t any other customers there. I like Macys, but the lady that works in that department needs to go.
