Don't buy anything "personalized" they will screw you BIG TIME. You will not be able to return nor will you be able to purchase any warranty. But if you re-size your ring, they will tell you the engraving on your ring will be erased and you'll have to pay again for the engraved letters. I've been bounced around from Customer Service to their Store. They are blaming my poor husband for ordering a personalized ring. HATE THEM!

The store is run down and disgusting all the lights for the jewelry display cases were burnt out they tried to sell my a white sapphire that was cloudy lmao and it was lab made this chain jewelry stores are absolute garbage and this one especially is low class the customer service was terrible the lady with the glass eye was obnoxious and rude and full of lies I own a ton of expensive jewelry most of it custom made and these people try to lie to your face and tel you your wrong ... low class store ... Kay owns zales marks and Morgan as well so all three stores at wiregrass are all trash do not go to any ... HAZELBURG AT THE OUTLETS WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND THEY WILL NOT LIE TO GAIN YOUR BUISNESS ... these stores all were full of lying employees who thought they were gonna con me into believing the bull they were spewing ... don't they no this is Wesley chapel people here have money ... smh close the doors

This Kay's is awful. Everytime you go there they all act clueless. I have spent thousands of dollars. Couple weeks ago I dropped off some small items. when I called the lady acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I'm thinking to myself "Don't you have a place where orders get out and you could just ask for my name and look?" When I proceed to ask more questions Trish says "I don't know about any replacement plans I have been on vacation for a week". So I was instructed to come back when the manager is there. So now I have to inconvenience myself because they have no one there that knows how to do anything. This Kay's has always been awful and I will never go there again after this final experience. She was so rude, unprofessional and laughed when I said I now how to inconvenience myself. Kay's is a corporation where you would think they would have professional associates that care about the clients that calls no matter how big or small it is.

Called in with a simple question, the woman answered with a solid "NO" and I said okay thank you, she hung up on me. Very rude, I will not bring any of my business there.
