Owner (Tony) was very rude after I asked if I could take a picture of an item to see if I could possibly find it from another source at slightly lower price. The owner is obviously more concerned with making money than making relations with possible returning customers
My experience with Munchel Brothers Jewelry was wonderful. My husband and I were unable to find a replica of a lost wedding set. Joe custom designed the rings based on my verbal description on a CAD design software. He kept me updated through the process which offered a great deal of comfort. The ring met my expectations. Joe Munchel is personable, informative and earned my trust! I will return for future jewelry purchases!
I skipped out of this store with joy because my custom jewerly was wonderful! I was given unsparing attention so they could provide the exact service I requested. Price was higher than I expected but it was quality work, fast turn around and there were no additional or hidden costs later.
Very rude people indeed - far from great customer service. I took some gold to sell over here and they wanted to give me almost nothing for it ($200 less than another place I've found afterwards). Don't sell your gold here (is just my advice). And I am not the competition, by any means. I am just a simple customer that doesn't appreciate rudeness.
Walked in around 1pm to see if they did jewelry repair and had my jewelry back in less than three hours. They were fast, very affordable and extremely friendly. I highly recommend and will be a loyal customer from here on.
